How It Works

  1. Tell Us Your Vision
    Share what you want made, including product type, quantity, sizes, colors, print placement, and your design direction.
  2. Receive Your Quote
    We review your request and confirm pricing based on the details you provide.
  3. Approve & Pay
    Approve your order details and submit the required payment or deposit before production begins. Once payment or a required deposit is submitted, your custom order is final.
  4. We Create It
    Your custom order moves into production after approval and payment.
  5. Pickup or Shipping
    Choose local pickup or shipping when your order is ready.

What to Include in Your Request

  • Shirt, hoodie, hat, or other item
  • Quantity and sizes
  • Garment color
  • Front, back, sleeve, or multiple print placements
  • Needed-by date
  • Pickup or shipping preference
  • A clear description of your idea

Artwork & Inspiration

Have photos, logos, artwork, screenshots, or inspiration? After submitting the form below, email your files to concreteculturear@gmail.com using the same name and email address entered on the form. Include “Custom Order Artwork” in your email subject.

Final Sale & Approval

Custom orders are final once payment or a required deposit is submitted. Please confirm garment type, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, spelling, print placement, and pickup or shipping details before paying. Because custom work is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, or store credit after payment. If Concrete Culture produces something incorrectly or an item is damaged or defective due to our error, contact concreteculturear@gmail.com so we can review and correct the issue.

What Happens Next

Submitting a request does not finalize an order. We’ll review the details, follow up with pricing and next steps, and confirm everything with you before production begins.
