Because Concrete Culture products are made to order and/or produced in limited quantities, all purchases are final once payment is submitted. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, or store credit for sizing, color choice, quantity selection, buyer's remorse, change of mind, or other customer selection errors.
Please review your size, color, quantity, customization details, shipping information, and all other order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final once any required payment or deposit is submitted. Please confirm garment type, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, spelling, print placement, and pickup or shipping details before paying. Changes cannot be guaranteed after payment has been submitted.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect item, or an item is damaged or defective due to an error by Concrete Culture, please contact us at concreteculturear@gmail.com with your order information and photos when applicable. We will review the issue and, when confirmed, correct or replace the item as appropriate. This does not create a general right to a return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
