Concrete Culture offers shipping and local pickup for eligible orders.
Processing
Many Concrete Culture products are made to order. Processing and production take place before an order is handed to the carrier, and processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Custom-order timing is confirmed as part of the quote and approval process.
Shipping
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout when available. Concrete Culture primarily ships orders through USPS. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by delays outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting payment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at concreteculturear@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available on eligible orders at the pickup location and within the pickup timeframe shown at checkout. Please wait until your order is marked ready for pickup before arriving. If you need an alternate pickup date or time, use the contact instructions provided with your order.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows a delay, loss, or delivery issue, please first review the carrier tracking details and contact the carrier when appropriate. If you received the wrong item or an item arrived damaged or defective due to an error by Concrete Culture, contact concreteculturear@gmail.com so we can review and correct the issue.
