These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the Concrete Culture online store. By placing an order or using this store, you agree to these terms and our posted policies.
Orders and Payment
You are responsible for reviewing all order details before payment, including product, size, color, quantity, customization, spelling, artwork, shipping address, and pickup or shipping selection. An order is not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been successfully submitted and accepted.
Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Many Concrete Culture products are made to order. Custom and personalized products are produced using the specifications approved by the customer. Once payment or a required deposit is submitted, the order is final and production may begin.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. Concrete Culture does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, or store credit for sizing, color choice, quantity selection, buyer's remorse, change of mind, or other customer selection errors. If Concrete Culture produces an incorrect item or an item is damaged or defective due to our error, contact us so the issue can be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.
Customer-Provided Artwork and Content
When you submit a logo, image, design, photograph, wording, or other content for a custom order, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested product. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful or that you are not authorized to reproduce.
Product Appearance
Product photographs and mockups are provided to represent the item as accurately as possible. Minor differences in garment shade, screen appearance, print placement, or production may occur and do not by themselves constitute a defect.
Shipping and Pickup
Shipping and local pickup are governed by the Shipping Policy and the options shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Store Content
Concrete Culture branding, original graphics, photographs, text, and other store content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Changes to These Terms
Concrete Culture may update these terms and store policies from time to time. The terms posted at the time of purchase apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
